Together we'll explore financial performance, benchmarking, growth opportunities, pricing, operations, leadership, and the priorities that matter most for 2027.
The day includes collaborative workshops, peer discussions, guest speakers, hot seats, breakout sessions, and plenty of time to connect around the estate.

Before heading out, we'll bring everything together.
You'll finalize your 2027 Profit Playbook, share your biggest commitments with the group, and leave with clarity, accountability, and a plan you can put into action immediately.
We'll wrap up with a final lunch before departures, because the weekend may be over—but the community is just getting started.
